TEXT:     Survey of Historic Costumme, Second Edition

Course Objectives

Attendance:  Due to the nature of the course - its stress on participation in class activities and discussion - class members are expected to attend all class sessions.  Unexpected "stuff" does happen from time to time, however please let an instructor know if you are unable to attend class.  Participation in class seesions is expected and lack of participation may affect your final grade.

Course Requirements

1. Five quizzes, during which the student will be asked to identify certain fashion characteristics.  Each correct point will be counted towards final grade. 68
2. Two reaction papers @ 50 100
3. One short referenced paper 100
4. One long referenced paper 200
5. One final exam 100
6. Daily activities and assignments 82
7. Total 700

All referenced papers will be writted in APA style

A = 93%

B = 85%

C = 77%

D = 70%

Students taking this class for graduate credit will be expected to turn in one additional assignment.  It should be original in nature and pre-approved by the instructor.
