Street Journal article, "Zap, Kaboom! Video Games Sizzle for Holidays,"
published Thursday, November 13, page B1 column 3. Be sure to include
remarks on these issues: What typew of insutry is this (explain your
answer)? Estimate the price elasticity of demand for game cartridges.
What assumptions are you making? What is changing in this story,
and how does this relate to your calculation? Is the reduction in
prices good for firms? Why or why not?
This assignment is due at the start of class, Monday 8 December, but
