Mary P. is an Associate Professor of English and Director of the Writing Program. Whether in graduate seminars or first-year composition, Mary P. focuses on questions at the intersection of community literacy, technology, and feminist theory. She has published widely andis currently working on two projects:Pragmatics, problematics, and possibilities: Reflections on contemporary writing research, an edited methods collection with Lee Nickoson-Massey, andLiteracy as production: A pedagogy of innovation, an interview study of 30 producers of new media, with Jennifer Rowsell.
