Undergraduate Studies |
Women’s Studies at the University of Wyoming offers students an
interdisciplinary exploration of the issues of sex, gender and
sexuality. The required classes offer students breadth of study, while
our electives allow students to explore an area of interest.

Women's Studies Majors -
The University of Wyoming
offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies through the College
of Arts and Sciences. Majors complete 33 hours of course work in Women’s
Studies. Many of the Women’s Studies required classes and electives
fulfill the University Studies (USP) requirements.

Women's Studies Minors -
Minors in Women’s Studies complete 18 hours of course work designed to
complement an existing major. The course work includes Introduction to
Women’s Studies (WMST
1080), Gender and Society (WMST
3500), Gender and Humanities (WMST
3710), Feminist Theories and Methodologies (WMST
4700), and six hours of electives.
