The Student Wyoming Education Association (SWEA) is a branch of the Wyoming Education Association and the National Education Association. All students are eligible for membership and member benefits such as: networking with professionals at the local, state, and national levels; publications such as NEA Today; workshops; conferences; and leadership development.

The WEA is an organization dedicated to creating the best educational environment for all learners and the best working environment for all educational employees

The mission of the Wyoming Education Association is to advance public education at all levels by • creating equitable educational opportunity for all learners; • promoting the highest quality standards for the profession; and • expanding the rights and furthering the interests of educational personnel.
